To all BB Blaze team members,

I have attached the tentative training schedule for the upcoming months. The sports and training dates will definitely change based on availability of trainers and your own availability. Treat this as a rough guide at best.

PARADE NO. 4 (30 JAN 2010)

Date: 30Jan 2010, Sat
Time: 0830 - 1315 hours
Venue: Sentosa

Attire: School T-shirt and shorts (slippers allowed just for this week)
DO: Mr Kevin Teo

Programme:

0830 - 0845 Fall In
0845 - 0930 Journey to Sentosa
0930 - 1200 Beach Games / Picnic
1200 - 1230 Wash up
1230 - 1315 Journey back to school / Dismissal

Remarks:

• Bring extra change of clothes.
• Bring water bottle.
  
• Parades will start at 0830 hours this year.

Attire: PT kit - blue BB polo and PE shorts (for Sec 2s to 5s); school PE attire (for Sec 1s)

Attire: Full BB Uniform

Programme:

0900 - 0915 Fall In / Inspection
0915 - 1015 Preparation for CCA Open House
1015 - 1215 CCA Open House
1215 - 1245 Packing Up
1245 - 1300 Dismissal

Allocation of Tasks:

• Squad 1: Walk around to distribute leaflets.
• Squad 2: Set up and man photo boards - "walk-through" style arrangement.
• Squad 3: Buy food. Set up tent and outdoor cooking demo.
• Squad 4: Set up screen, projector and laptop to screen AQ video. Mahjong paper and multiplug extension cord needed.
• James: Bring computer speakers.
• Chin Loong: Bring bike.

Remarks:

• Breakfast will not be provided.
• All Boys who went on the Thailand Trip are to submit their journals to Mr Tay.

BB DAY 2010 (12 JAN 2010)

All Boys are to fall in in the parade square at 6.45 am on Tuesday, 12 Jan 2010 in full BB uniform. Your uniforms should be polished to tip-top condition.

You should remain in your BB uniform until dismissal from school. (And you should still have your PE attire ready if you have PE on Tuesday.)

If you were promoted recently, you should be using your new lanyards/chevrons.

Remarks:

• There will be a meeting for all Sec 4s and 5s from 0900 - 1000 hours to discuss CCA Open House.
  
• Parade will start later just for this week due to the Sec 1/2/3 camps.
• Breakfast will not be provided.
• All Boys who went on the Thailand Trip are to submit their journals to Mr Tay.
