Compulsory item 

• In one haversack / backpack (NOT sling bag!): 
• 2x PE T-shirt, shorts, socks and underwear in 1 ziplock bag 
• 1x Torchlight with batteries 
• 1x mess tin 
• 1x Fork and spoon 
• 2x 1.5 litre water bottles 
• 1x Raincoat / poncho 
• 1x insect repellent 
• 1x Powder 
• 1xToothpaste and toothbrush 
• 1x Toilet Roll 
• Plastic bag for dirty clothes 
• EZ-link card 
• Personal medication (if any) 

Supplementry item  

(recommended, do not need to buy if don’t have)  

• Swiss knife 
• Whistle  

• Long pants / track pants (optional) 

Compulsory Food item 

Sufficient food for 2 lunch, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast (to buy on your own) 

(Squad leader/ seniors may arrange to go shopping together) 

Requirement: 

1. Pre cook food (NO Cup noodle) sufficient for 2lunch, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast 

2. At least 2 side dish ( Canned food are recommended) 

Optional : 

- energy bar (NO Cracker, Chips, Soft drink, chocolate)
