Venue: Large Shelter at Chinese Garden

Programme:
2.30 - 2.45: Fall in / Briefing
2.40 - 5.00: Give out milo and water bottles to pupils and teachers
5.00 - 5.30: Area cleaning / Dismissal
Remarks:
- Report to your Form Teacher at 2.30 pm first and tell them you are involved in BB Refreshments Duty, then report to Mr Chong. Please have a good lunch before coming.
- Do not crowd around the Milo van (at most 2 or 3 Boys fill the cups, other Boys will give out the drinks) or the finishing point. Doing so will only risk the wrath of the Milo uncle and the PE teacher-in-charge at the finishing point.
