CROSS-COUNTRY YEOMAN SERVICE HELPERS

Date: 24 March 2011 (Thursday)
Time: 2.45 pm - 5.30 pm
Venue: Rest House at Japanese Garden (near where you report to your Form Teachers)
Attire: BB Polo-T and PE shorts
Who's involved: Refer to remarks

Programme:

2.45 pm - 3 pm: Fall in / take attendance / briefing
3 pm - 5.30 pm: Give out refreshments and / or help out in logistics and area cleaning as instructed on the day itself
5.30 pm: Dismissal

Remarks:

• The 20 Boys for this duty are Jordan, Timothy, Ivan, Kean Zhu, Kim Yew, Yi Lun, Jian Ping, Yu Xuan, Matthew, Kevin, Nicholas Kuan, Nigel Mark, Eden, Jia Wei, Chin Loong, Alan, Yeh Kai, Arief, Jin Ding, and Ryan Ang (Ryan will be the Boys' IC for this duty).
• Other than the above 20 Boys, all other members are to run in the cross-country.
• Report to your Form Teacher first, then to Mr Chong for this duty.
• This event will count towards your CCA attendance, whether you are running or doing yeoman duty.
• Failure to turn up in your respective classes during attendance taking will result in 'zero' given for CCA attendance too.
• You are advised to have a heavy breakfast, and sufficient sleep the night before.
