CROSS-COUNTRY YEOMAN SERVICE HELPERS

Date: 24 March 2011 (Thursday)
Time: 2.45 pm - 5.30 pm
Venue: Rest House at Japanese Garden (near where you report to your Form Teachers)
Attire: BB Polo-T and PE shorts
Who's involved: Refer to remarks

Programme:

2.45 pm - 3 pm: Fall in / take attendance / briefing
3 pm - 5.30 pm: Give out refreshments and / or help out in logistics and area cleaning as instructed on the day itself
5.30 pm: Dismissal

Remarks:

• The 20 Boys for this duty are Jordan, Timothy, Ivan, Kean Zhu, Kim Yew, Yi Lun, Jian Ping, Yu Xuan, Matthew, Kevin, Nicholas Kuan, Nigel Mark, Eden, Jia Wei, Chin Loong, Alan, Yeh Kai, Arief, Jin Ding, and Ryan Ang (Ryan will be the Boys' IC for this duty).
• Other than the above 20 Boys, all other members are to run in the cross-country.
• Report to your Form Teacher first, then to Mr Chong for this duty.
• This event will count towards your CCA attendance, whether you are running or doing yeoman duty.
• Failure to turn up in your respective classes during attendance taking will result in 'zero' given for CCA attendance too.
• You are advised to have a heavy breakfast, and sufficient sleep the night before.

0815 - 0845 Journey to Wesley Methodist Church
0845 - 1130 BB Week Collection (lunch will be provided)
1130 - 1200 Journey back to BLSS / Dismissal

Shift 2: Squads 3 & 4

1000 - 1015 Fall In (outside school gate)
1015 - 1045 Journey to Wesley Methodist Church
1045 - 1330 BB Week Collection (lunch will be provided)
1330 - 1400 Journey back to BLSS / Dismissal

Remarks:

• Bring your BB Week cards and a pen.
• Optional for Sec 2s who complete the First Aid Course. (Reason: They would have spent almost half of their March holidays on BB activities. This will allow them to spend some time also with their families and on their studies.)
  
• Compulsory for everyone else.
• You can do both shifts if you want.
• No changing of shifts without Mr Tay's permission.
