1215 - 1230 Dismissal

REMARKS

• Breakfast will be provided at 0830 hours.
• Bring writing materials.
• First Aid Stage 1 Exam: Based on Civil Defence Modules 1 & 2; fever; fainting; fits; asthma; cramps (foot / calf / thigh); arm sling
• First Aid Stage 2 Exam: All of Stage 1; sunburn; heat exhaustion; heat stroke; prevention of heat injuries; soft tissue injuries (RICE treatment); elevation sling
• First Aid Stage 3 Exam: All of Stage 2; bites and stings; shock; choking (adults); safety / risk management measures
• If you can, please volunteer to stay back after parade to fold BB Week leaflets - there are 1900 to be folded!
